When Lotus Herbals decided to launch a range of organic baby products for the lil ones, they reached out to us to support them with the challenging task of creating the brand.
WHO ARE WE TALKING TO?
We are talking to a young, first time mother, who is extremely anxious about her baby. She has the means and the intent to provide the best to the baby, but feels she lacks the knowledge.
WHAT DO WE WANT HER TO FEEL?
She must feel that:
01. We are a natural and caring brand that won’t harm her baby in any way
02. We are from a trusted pedigree, that of Lotus Herbals. She has already been using us and knows that we are safe and natural
03. Even doctors would be happy to recommend us.
Yellow definitely was the path breaking colour. No other brand owned this shade.
We could use the baby in a yellow colour packaging OR
We could use other baby animals as well.
The turtle seemed to be unique enough. But turtles are old and wise and not young and mischeivous.
To use a turtle OR to not use it?
The baby animals are cute, but the baby… that mischief, that innocence, that ‘human’ touch. Is there a way to integrate the baby with nature?
